Cons:The rental office was closed. We couldn't get any satisfaction from either Priceline or Hertz. In short, there was no rental. We had to make other arrangements at the last minute which cost us and extra $100 for a shorter BBC rental period.Reviewed 1 May 2021

Pros:Nothing I never got my rental car.Cons:The place to pick up closed at 12 noon. My pickup time was from 12 noon to 1 and I was not able to get my car because it was closed.Reviewed 2 Nov. 2020

Pros:Nothing. It was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. I ended up with no car and no response from Hertz. This was a nightmare that ended up costing me about 8 times as much as the rental was.Cons:I should have booked elsewhere. The experience, or lack of there of, was TERRIBLE!!!Reviewed 8 Sep. 2020

PitifulPros:The car was the worst rental I have ever had.Cons:The car was dirty when I picked it up. It had a very bad odor. Trash was left in the car and in the trunk. I had to pull over and clean the bugs off of the windshield. The passenger window would not seal and made a loud noise the whole trip.Reviewed 12 Mar. 2018

Will not use Hertz againPros:NothingCons:The service was awful. The pick up sight closed at 6 pm. Flight was delayed by an hour due to weather. So I missed the pick up time by 30 minutes. When I tried to get help that night, I got routed to a reservation center that said she could do nothing to help me but would be glad to book another reservation for now one day less at $300 more. I decided to go to the pick up sight next AM to talk with a customer rep face to face and was told by the gentleman that it was " above his pay grade" to help me with either reinstating the original reservation or with refunding what I had prepaid. I finally decided it was easier and cheaper to make a different reservation with a different company for less than 1/2 the price. And this was for a rental period longer than 2 weeks.Reviewed 19 Jun. 2017
