Pros:Great staff and they worked with me regarding a breakdown problem.Cons:Car broke down on highway at 50 miles. Difficult to get hertz to call back and bring a replacement car. It took 3 hours to get the replacement car. Hertz however gave me a 50% refund for the inconvenience.Reviewed 27 Nov. 2020
