Cons:Showed up at 4:05 to pick up a reservation for 4:00. They were closed at 4:00 apparently leaving me an another elderly gentleman stranded.Reviewed 5 Feb. 2018

Pros:The clerk at the desk was very accommodating and friendly.Cons:I requested a full size car and was given a mini SUV. I use a walker and it would not fit in the mini SUV. We tried two other vehicles and finally found one that it would fit into but you there was not a full size car there for me. The walker would fit in the trunk of a full-size car. The vehicle I was given was fine but the hassle of changing cars wasn't.Reviewed 21 Jun. 2017

Cons:I did not get car. $200 deposit for car totally overkill. I have insurance AND i got their insurance. But still want more money?? Then said couldnt secure with my debit card. I could pay for it with debit card but still needed credit card. I will never try to rent a car again from you or anyone else. Oh also would be 10 days to get my deposit back after car returned.Reviewed 21 Feb. 2017
