The communcation was awful!Pros:Nothing at allCons:First off, the communication between you and Hertz were non-existent. Why did I have to pay for 2 different insurances? The car I ordered was not the car I got as well. Overall I had to pay like $800-900. I sendt you an e-mail many days ago, but havent recieved an answer.Reviewed 1 Jul. 2018

Very helpful front desk staff.Pros:I expected opening time to be busy, but Vada was working the front desk and greeted everyone that came in while making the person she was helping feel she focused on them. The wait was short and she was so pleasant and efficient.Reviewed 24 Aug. 2017
