Pros:Staff was helpful. Vehicle I was ultimately provided was a full size car and I paid for a standard SUV. Their offer was take that, or trade it out of at OHare Airport (hour away) or take nothing. I would like to be contacted regarding a correction to my costs based upon what was provided.Cons:Staff was helpful. Pros:Clean and new vehicle. Bigger than class that was reserved.Cons:The agent at the check in counter did not appear prepared or informed and presented information that was false. Pros:Car was clean and ready at time of pickup.Cons:Well after inspecting for damages checking out the entire car all seemed well. I got home and found the registration sticker expired 4 months earlier. I was not pleased!!! That should be on the checkoff list, too worried about dents, scratches, any defect I could be charged for didn't notice the expired sticker. Had a few snags trying to get a replacement car but all worked out in the end. Luckily I was renting the car locally and not driving any long distance worrying I was going to be ticketed in every town.Reviewed 29 Apr. 2018

Cons:This is a stupid system area one is allowed to reserve a car… And it looks like there is a car to be reserved… But when you make your way, finally, to the rental car location… How often they actually don’t have a car for you, and have never had a car for you.
