Pros:The car was very clean and comfortable.Cons:The Hertz agent was not available when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, and when she finally came to the front desk, she did not print a lease agreement or show me to the car; I had to walk across the street and find it myself.Reviewed 26 Aug. 2019

Ridiculous depostPros:nothingCons:The fact they slapped a $200 deposit on an insured car and would not take anything but credit card for it. I know this is common practice with rental cars but it is absurd and inexcusable. A customer who pays for insurance shouldn't have to deal with an unannounced last minute addition to the cost.Reviewed 13 Jul. 2018

They dont stay open late enoughCons:flight was delayed and they could not accommodate me after i was told that they would wait for my delayed flight to come in at 11pm, So then he just gave me to avis because they waited for me and stay open later. Easy-Peezy, Lemon-SqueezyPros:Easy pick-up and drop off, and the clerk even waived most of the under 25 fees. I did purchase the additional insurance since I was switching insurance companies at the time. Put 1600 miles on the car, no issues, was clean - 10 / 10 - would recommend.Reviewed 21 Jun. 2017
