Location in Mesquite Texas has inexperienced staff that attempted to argue with us that the online reservation quote we got was not accurate. Fortunately we had printed out the reservation as proof and it still took an escalated conversation with a more experienced staff member to honor our reservation. Then the car type we reserved was not available & we were told to wait 2 hours and it might arrive. Are you kidding? So, we inquired if there was a different vehicle available and there was. Now why would we need to ask that question. This is a very poorly trained staff in their ability to resolve issues and work in a professional manner.
