Pros:Absolutely nothing!!!!!Cons:We flew to Montgomery Alabama because hertz said they had a rental car. We took an Uber from the airport to hertz and when we arrived they said that we didn’t have a car and that the system was letting people reserve cars even though they had none. We had a reservation number and a confirmation email that said no need to call we have your car. We were stuck in the middle of Montgomery Alabama and had to take a $400 Uber ride to Florida to get a rental car. They were not sympathetic or understanding. I will be sharing my experience with hertz on every platform I possibly can to ensure no one rents from them.Reviewed 24 Mar. 2021

Pros:I love being able to get the car so easily, and the employees were extremely helpful when I needed help understanding the invoice. I had to call after the rental was over, and they were very professional even though I wasn't understanding the invoice. They never talked down to me or made me feel embarrassed because I needed some clarification. Their response time was very fast, even though they had to do a little research in order to take several screen shots that helped me understand the situation.Cons:There was no part of the rental experience from booking to completion that could have been better.Reviewed 14 Mar. 2021

Pros:No, We drove 45 min to pickup vehicle & was told by a very rude staff member. We are out of cars to rent. I explained I drove nearly an hour & she said to me “what you want me to do about it, we out “ so I left without a rental.Cons:Had a vehicle available. Cons:They did not have the van that I reserved. They never called me in advance to let me know that they didn’t have a vehicle for me. They didn’t offer me any other options. I will never book with hertz again.Reviewed 30 Jun. 2020
