They sent a confirmation my car was ready for pickup the next morning at 9:00am. I then got a call at 8:30am morning of pickup informing me there wasn’t a car. It threw our whole trip off. I leased another car and on way, Hertz called and said they now had a car. Had to cancel new lease and walk back 4 miles to Hertz. We lost hours off our vacation time and missed an important meeting. Communication with your leasing offices needs serious work. Overall, we were pleased with car and easy drop off at SFO airport.Reviewed 30 Apr. 2022

They called the morning after we booked our reservation and told us there weren’t enough cars available, and couldn’t guarantee or even provide a solid estimated wait time for when we could get one during our time in Napa. I know there is a National rental car shortage right now, but their website availability should be more up to date. When we booked our car they seemed to have 10+ cars available to choose from. It definitely threw a wrench in our plans to have to spend the morning scrambling to find another rental company.Reviewed 25 Feb. 2022
