United Dropped me in DC and I had to Rent a Car to Drive myself home to VA Beach. I requested a FULL SIZE Car and got a Little KIA. It didn't even have Electric Seats or a Rear Window Wiper. The Driver who took us from Airport to Avis was Very Rude and insisted on playing his Radio Loud even when I explained I needed to Make an Important Phone Call.Reviewed 30 Dec. 2021

ok, but it's a small marketPros:Pick up and dropoff were painless and quick. Hertz agents don't pressure about extra insurance, which I don't need.Cons:My rental was in good condition, but not cleaned well. I cut my finger on a cut zip tie in the driver door pocket, and there were two used hairties on the wiper stalk. I called the local Hertz branch the day before to try to get hours open and left a message. they never returned the call.Reviewed 4 Oct. 2018

Pros:Great ride. We decided to splurge and take Mom for a ride in a convertible. Her first time ever. We found the car, clean and exactly what we had been looking for. It was also, surprisingly, fuel efficient.Cons:The Bluetooth system (Sync) was not operational, so we were unable to play Mom's favorite music during the ride.Reviewed 14 May 2018

Cons:They need to get their pricing right. I was quoted a price online. When I phoned up to confirm the rental they gave me a different price if I picked it up across the street at the Hertz office. When I got there it was another price. Then when I got home it was the price I signed for plus $200.00. Mad Now. I called up Hertz and they told me it is for a deposit and it was refundable. Really where was that in the contract. (Not) When was I told that (never). I rent a lot of cars maybe not again from Hertz.Reviewed 29 Dec. 2016
