Pros:Staff was excellent. Very courteous and professionalCons:Time at drop off was a little long and no indication of drop off point. I had no idea where to drop the car off and ended up asking a guard and he told me to park it in the handicap space and go inside. The return review was done while I was waiting in the office. dissapointedPros:Service was ok.Cons:Lack of information, rental price and insurance costs in Honduras are ridiculous. They asked for a deposit of $2500.00 and they started to add other charges that I never expected. Prices on website are totally different than what you find when you get there. Very satisficePros:Exelente customer service, with all the customers traffic we had that day the representative was so fast and friendly. They are running their own show at San Pedro SulaPros:Price is goodCons:Every time, it never fails, they forceably try to sell insurance when the customer has already purchase one online. They state that the US-bought insurance is not valid, when it fact it is, and if you don't purchase their insurance, they put a $3000 hold on your credit card, which is ridiculous. Their insurance prices are bloated with exaggerated deductibles (sometimes the deductible are about 40% the value of the car). Hertz needs to make sure the company practices are the same everywhere where they are represented. These people in San Pedro are running their own show!Reviewed 27 Sep. 2016

AwfulPros:The car was good and in perfet condition.Cons:I still don’t know if they received the car. The drop off place ws closed when I arrived and I left keys in a box. They habe not contacted me with a confirmation. I couldn’t reach anyone for help with this matter. Not even hertz 1-800 number. Horrible and Poor costumer serviceCons:I rented a car in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The lady in the front desk received us with a condescending tone. She spoke in a way that made us feel that we were asking the car for free! Her attitude in answering questions was as trying to force it out of her mouth! And the way to explain something was as without any clarity. DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE!Reviewed 29 Sep. 2017
