Hertz rental agent was not wearing a mask even though he works inside the airport! Car rental process was quick, but I would not recommend them since they don’t follow masking requirements.Reviewed 30 Dec 2021

Inside of car was very dirty, someone else's garbage was under the seat, and several white dusty flakes were everywhere, the car was very dusty. Wind shield wipers were old and not doing a great job when needing them.Reviewed 25 Oct 2021

Pros:Picking up my rental car was quick and simple.Cons:There was no one at the rental car desk when I was dropping off my car, so I could not update the card that was charged for the rental car.Reviewed 11 May 2021

Cons:They gave me a new 2020 car but there was damage all over it and it had not been previously recorded. The employee said if I had not brought him out and had him inspect it they likely would have charged me for all the repairs. I’m nervous they will still try and stick me with costs even though I didn’t cause any damage.Reviewed 28 Sep 2020

Pros:Pick up was fairly straight forward and efficient.Cons:Customer service is severely lacking. No greetings either at pick up or drop off. The vehicle was extremely sub-standard (Toyota Sequoia) such a poor choice of vehicle to include with the class of vehicles offered. So very disappointed with the experience. I will go back to Avis or Enterprise if this is any indication of future rental experience.Reviewed 31 Dec 2019
