Do not consider renting a car from this company. They tried to cheat me on the amount of gas that was in the car when I picked it up and insisted it had the wrong amount even when shown photographic evidence of the level including the mileage when I provided it. I rented the car for 4 days at a certain price and when I returned it a day earlier I was told I had to pay the total 4 days instead of the price for 3 days. I was treated like dirt the whole time I was trying to return the car and was told I was going to be put on their "do not rent" list. I think this is very fortunate in case I forget the rudeness and mistreatment and go there again.Reviewed 17 Aug. 2022

Clerk failed to provide rental contract to renter. Car/windshield was dirty outside from rain. Car wash was the first place we went. Extending days rented was easy from friendly people. Good price. Good gas mileage, excellent A/C, luved remote starting in Phoenix heat. Need more clerks. Had one at turn in with 6 folks waiting.Reviewed 11 Jul. 2022

Had a 12 PM rental time on Saturday, but they close at 12. Got there a few minutes early and they were already closed. When I attempted earlier in the week to move my appointment up an hour to 11 I was told I’d be charged, so I kept the 12pm time. I Rented a car via internet, received confirmation. Arrived to pick up the car the next morning only to be told there is no car available. Employee on duty was RUDE and UNSYMPATHETIC. Terrible customer service. Will NEVER deal with Hertz or Kayak again.Reviewed 27 Aug. 2021

Pros:I waited in line for 1 hour just to be told there were no more cars available. I booked online and there were cars available but when I arrived there was a line of people with person at the front desk.Cons:Kayak or hertz needs to update their info or find a way better way to communicate to one another.
