Pros:The car was exactly what I reserved.Cons:Reserved for pick up at Noon. Showed up at 1. Waited 45 minutes for the car as it was "cleaned." The "clean" car had empty jool cases, food wrappers and food in the cup holders and between the seats. Also the car came with an empty tank. As in the gas light was on.Reviewed 7 Jun. 2021

Pros:The rental car was clean. Mohammed was very helpful and explained the different coverages and how much each was, per day. He also put my concerns at ease and explained how they clean and disinfect the car during Covid-19 times. Thank you Mohammed.Reviewed 22 Sep. 2020

Car rental was at 12 but place was CLOSED!!!Pros:Facility was closed when I arrivedCons:I don’t understand why rental was at noon when facility was closed. I had to pay 200 extra to change locations. It was a huge disappointment and hassle. I’m extremely dissatisfied.Reviewed 24 Feb. 2018

In the end they compensated usPros:Once everything went horribly wrong they upgraded us and gave us money off next visit. The location tried to do right by us and typically we have wonderful experiences there. This was an isolated case but the review asks us about our last visit which was pretty bad.Cons:Car smelled heavily of marijuana. No other location had a swap out to help us when we called. Then we got a flat tire. Spare tire was also flat. They told us to go to the nearest airport and they would swap it out. Nearest airport said they had nothing. Then 2 hours away the next airport that originally said they had nothing offered us an upgraded car as compensation. Wish they had offered it originally.Reviewed 27 Jun. 2017
