Cons:They Don't answer the phone in Tallahassee. Our flight was delayed, we called repeatedly to let then know. They ended up giving our car to someone else. Hope we get our money back. We had to make other arrangements to get to our destination.Reviewed 16 May 2021

Pros:When I arrived to pick up the car - they informed me there was no car available - and since I had estimated to pick up the car at 1:00 pm and arrived at 4 - they informed me there was no car for me So, I was stranded in Tallahasse and had to return to the airport to rent a budget car for $485Cons:They could have found a car for me - except they seemed to care less and I was on my own. Pros:I was unable to pick up the car, as the cardholder was not present. She lives 4+ hours away, I was unaware of the need for her to be there, as when I purchased, I did not see anywhere she needed to be. The associate or “manager” as she said she was, was VERY condescending and rude.Cons:Employees of Hertz who are not rude and have good customer service skills.Reviewed 22 Jun. 2019
