Terrible experienceCons:Hertz didn't have a car on site. They didn't have our correct rental times in their system from our reservation. When we asked to cancel (we needed to leave at 6 AM, we reserved for 6 AM, and they were closed) they were going to charge us a 100$ cancelation fee. We called Kayak customer service for help and we hit a brick wall of unfriendly and unhelpful representatives. They referred us to the Hertz customer service who happened to be surprisingly worse than Kayak, immediately directing our call back to Kayak. Overall, it was a terrible and stressful experience. I will never use Kayak or Hertz again.Reviewed 10 Jul. 2017

Don't Bring A Debit CardPros:When I arrived to rent was told new policy was that you had to have a corporate acct to use a debit card anymore. Left without renting. Have used Hertz many times in past but won't in the future. Thank goodness I had other options for a car.Reviewed 24 Jan. 2017

Vehicle No-ShowPros:Very good rental rates for weekly rentals. Pleasant manager.Cons:Office is a bt far from the Airport. We reserved an SUV because 3 of us adults were going to do some traveling to different mountains. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the office did not have any vehicles the size we reserved months ago. I realize they have to depend on people returning vehicles ontime, etc . The manager was very understanding and pleasant, and gave us a ride back to our hotel, as we cancelled our request and found a suitable vehicle elsewhere.Reviewed 8 Oct. 2016

Good valuePros:Easy pick up and the price was crazy cheapCons:The car was dirty back seat had garbage on the floors the rear seat was pulled away from work should be so we had to put it back in place the windshield wipers did not work could've been a lot cleaner that was the most biggest complaint we had was it was very dirty were such a new car . Hertz dropped the ball when they sent his car out as dirty as it was.Reviewed 20 Oct. 2015
