Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing local attractions. Many reviewers also mention friendly and helpful staff, with some highlighting exceptional service at the reception. However, several guests express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, citing issues such as mold, bedbugs, and general lack of upkeep. While the location and some aspects of service are strong points, improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
