Pros: A new hotel, stinky from new materials. They used a cherry scented room freshened that was overpowering and unpleasant. It made us both feel really sick. The bed was incredibly comfortable , but the smell will keep us away for good! We had the smell and taste of the room freshener in our nose and mouth even after we checked our! Gross!!
Cons: The room scent fragrance fresheners.

Cons: I reserved three rooms with two Queen beds in each room. Instead, I received 3 rooms with 2 twin beds in each room. As we had a wedding at the Risk Barn, we told ALL of our friends and family to book rooms at this location. They did. (Our total room count was over 20.) They all had issues with the rooms they had requested. When the staff member was asked to remedy the problem, she was rude and unwilling to asist us in any way. Very disappointed we chose to stay there.

Pros: I left Salt Lake City very early to meet with a client the morning of my overnight stay. With very little sleep the night before and the long drive I was very tired and after I met with my client I went to the Hotel to see if I could check in early. My room was not ready but a call was made to house keeping and they went ahead and prepared my room while I waited in lobby area and proceeded to check emails and do some work. I was amazed at how quickly the staff took care of me. Thanks to the entire staff for a job well done.

Pros: Breakfast was very good
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was superb, room was extremely clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. Good shower pressure. Appreciated that bathroom door was quiet so it didn't wake my daughter when I was awake early.
Cons: Water softener
6.0 Good
Pros: Rooms were nice and amentities were great.
Cons: Staff, one in particular at breakfast. We were with multiple families for a wedding at breakfast a waitress and the manager were so rude because are kids were standing in the isle. It's a hotel with a buffet breakfast kids are going to walk around. It was another waitress but not are actual waitress. She was so mean to our kids and then to apologize to another table about how horrible abs annoying our family was right in front of us was so ridiculous and unprofessional. Will not recommend nor stay her again due to the rudeness of staff and manager to follow.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: I loved the accommodations and clean room. The staff here are so polite and very friendly in like other Hilton properties where you get a cold stiff reception.
Cons: The wind kept blowing thru the seem of the two windows. I had to ask for a second room as the first was not a smoke free room.

Pros: Sarah working at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are decorated very nice and it's very quiet.
Cons: Our first room smelled like smoke but after mentioning it we were immediately given a new room. The new room had little dog hairs in it but that was OK for us as long as there wasn't any smoke. I thought it was strange that we had smoke and pet issues since the make you sign a special paper that says no smoking and no pets.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the access to the Snake River. I also liked being able to find an eating place and a Target to pick up some forgotten items.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, pool and spa seemed nice, but we never got the chance to use it. Good breakfast variety, staff worked hard to get things done.
Cons: On arrival, the room smelled like it had been a long time smokers room. We got used to it with air freshener, but it’s not what I want a non smoking room to smell like. The fridge and microwave smelled very bad to me, couldn’t put my finger on what it was, but it made anything we put in there smell. Not very appetizing. The sink drain moved very slowly, I left a note mentioning it when we left for the day on day 3, hadn’t been fixed by the time we checked out, and I realize a note might not have been the most effective way to get it fixed. Our card keys stopped working every day and would have to go get them fixed at the front desk. After the second day I asked if this was going to be something I had to do every day, and was told that they just needed to be extended. Mine stopped working again later that same day, though my husbands was fine. Finally got them fixed by having new cards issued on day 3 of 4. Did a load of laundry and dried my clothes an hour and they were still very damp. Ended up taking them somewhere else to finish drying. Not a totally smooth trip, but not completely terrible either.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly service at checkin, breakfast was good, warm
6.5 Good
7.1 Good
Pros: Friendly staff and convenient location. Breakfast was good
Cons: Bed was uncomfortable and the hotel could stand an update. They are apparently in the midst of a remodel.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The buffet for breakfast was less than ok Coffee and apple juice were not flavorful and almost watered down the waffle machines were too slow and the batter ran out the buffet dishes were too high for even myself to use safely
Cons: I believe the staff at breakfast was not prepared for the amount of people that came
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed. Yummy breakfast
Cons: The pillows were too big

4.5 Okay
Pros: 24 hour pool!
Cons: Smelly, in need of updates, the free breakfast was not well stocked even with there poor selection.
6.0 Good
Pros: The peace and quiet.
Cons: The room was dusty and you could smell it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Most everything was good the room was every nice lots of room for our stay. Only a couple of things that could have been done. All and all was real nice.
Cons: Need better coffee and the packets that contain the sugar and creamers one was already opened and things missing from the packet. The next morning after we left and the room was cleaned the coffee was not replaced in our room. The next day though could tell it was a completely different person who cleaned the bed was made differently there was coffee replaced and the wet swim things hung on a line in the bathroom which I did not know there was a line in there or would have done it. Also thought the pool could have been cleaner.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is centrally located and the staff is very friendly. Great Rate!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious suite style rooms with all the amenities you could want. Got a great workout, continental breakfast every morning and a comfy bed to sleep on. Central location to all of Twin Falls.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the pool/hot tub is stained with years of use but is a great size and a welcome respite from our road trip. the continental breakfast was great; clean, spread out, quiet, lots of choices. the room was a perfect fit for our family of 4.
Cons: our remote controls didn't work and the coffee maker in the room didn't work. as mentioned, the pool and hot tub have definitely seen better days, but they're functional.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, clean, and modern. Friendly staff. Great experience overall. We'd definitely stay here again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great - easy to find with places to eat and stores close by. The room was large with a kind bed and a separate sitting room. Refrigerator and microwave in the sitting room as part of a wet bar. Lots of parking and for those traveling in cold weather, there were places in the parking lot to plug in your engine block heater.
Cons: There was no TV channel guide and the TV in the bedroom was not on a swivel base so it was hard to adjust so you could see in while in bed. that is about all there was to not like and those are pretty trivial items.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Okay, the fact that the hallways were dark is a little nitpicky, but the hallways were seriously lacking in light and almost creepy. The most annoying thing about my stay was the fact that the WiFi did not work at all! There were even something like 4 of them to choose from, I tried every single one and not ONE of them worked even a little bit.
4.0 Okay
Cons: Beds were hard, no selection for breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and nice for the price.

5.1 Okay
Pros: I liked the location being close to restaurants and the mall and shopping centers
Cons: Poor costumer service at front office, they were nice but they didn't give us good directions to our room so we had to look for it our selfs. Then the tv in our room wasn't working and the electrical issues in our bathroom, it's unsettling when your trying to shower and the lights flicker and go out on you. All in all won't be goin there again
5.7 Okay
Cons: Policys are horrable and the front desk did not even know them(no sports equipment and no firearms). Pool was super cold and spa was really dirty(multiple clumps of hair floating in it). The key cards were extreamly finicky.
