Welcome to the Holiday Inn Twin Falls located in the heart of Southern Idaho, near Snake River Canyon and beautiful Shoshone Falls. The hotel is located minutes from the College of Southern Idaho, St Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center, and the Magic Valley Mall. Our non-smoking property offers easy access to many attractions including the new Canyon Rim Trail, Gemstone Climbing Center, Base Jumper watching off of the Perrine Bridge, and Evel Knievel’s jump site. We are also located minutes away from the Sunway Soccer Complex. Hotel guests can enjoy amenities including the indoor pool and spa, flexible meeting space, family-friendly accommodations, kitchen suites, room service, and a restaurant and bar. Pros (+) the pool/hot tub is stained with years of use but is a great size and a welcome respite from our road trip. the continental breakfast was great; clean, spread out, quiet, lots of choices. the room was a perfect fit for our family of 4.
Cons (-) our remote controls didn't work and the coffee maker in the room didn't work. as mentioned, the pool and hot tub have definitely seen better days, but they're functional.

Pros (+) Okay, the fact that the hallways were dark is a little nitpicky, but the hallways were seriously lacking in light and almost creepy. The most annoying thing about my stay was the fact that the WiFi did not work at all! There were even something like 4 of them to choose from, I tried every single one and not ONE of them worked even a little bit.

Pros (+) Most everything was good the room was every nice lots of room for our stay. Only a couple of things that could have been done. All and all was real nice.
Cons (-) Need better coffee and the packets that contain the sugar and creamers one was already opened and things missing from the packet. The next morning after we left and the room was cleaned the coffee was not replaced in our room. The next day though could tell it was a completely different person who cleaned the bed was made differently there was coffee replaced and the wet swim things hung on a line...

Pros (+) Location was great - easy to find with places to eat and stores close by. The room was large with a kind bed and a separate sitting room. Refrigerator and microwave in the sitting room as part of a wet bar. Lots of parking and for those traveling in cold weather, there were places in the parking lot to plug in your engine block heater.
Cons (-) There was no TV channel guide and the TV in the bedroom was not on a swivel base so it was hard to adjust so you could see in while in bed. that is about all there was to not like and those are pretty trivial items.
