Pros (+) Outstanding service from checkin to checkout, beautiful room and most comfortable beds I have slept on in a hotel (I've been to a lot off different hotels). The scenery can't be beat and so peaceful. There is alot of construction going on, but the staff have gone well out of the way to make our stay special and memorable. We WWII be back.

Pros (+) Loved my room, but not the location. All the staff were amazing and helpful. The market cafe was quite pricey but really great quality.
Cons (-) The renos made it difficult to really enjoy my stay. I was there for a conference and to go back to my room if I forgot something or to even just rest for a bit was quite the trek. When we arrived some of the staff didn't seem to know that only 1 elevator (out of 3) could take us to our part of the main building since there were "construction zones". Pros (+) This hotel has a great location for admiring views, disconnecting from stress, relaxing and hiking. The hotel room was very comfortable and the price midweek was very good for 5 people. We will definitely be going to this hotel again.
Cons (-) The bad side to the location is that you have to drive if you want a choice of many restaurants and grocery stores. the scenic drive makes it a pleasure to drive to Canmore or Banff.
