Pros:Fairly large room with distant ocean view.
Cons:Slow check in process, $50 resort fee for one night were we used no resort services. Horribly parking situation.

Pros:Cleanliness of buildings and the yard as well as rooms. Pool-side bar.
Cons:There isn't enough parking for all of the guest units - finding parking was always frustrating when returning to the resort at night. The reservation I made through kayak was somewhat misleading because I purchased the ocean view room (as opposed to the partial ocean view room) assuming that it would be a unit on the ocean front but I guess there was another category that wasn't listed at the time. I thought I was getting an ocean front room but got a room that I would consider more of a partial ocean view - looking onto the pool instead. There was an additional almost $20 daily resort fee that included wifi and a few other things but seemed to be an outrageous additional cost.

Pros:It is a beautiful facility - clean and well maintained. I chose it because the beach right next to the pool and right up to the bar. The hotel is nice as it is split into separate buildings. We were given an upgrade to an ocean view room. Each room has it's own lanai.
Cons:The lanais could be nicer - the old air conditioner unit on it was not so nice, and there was no thermostat in the room so we had to climb on top of the couch to turn it on and off.. Would be great if they had a continental breakfast or muffins or something and not just coffee (though it was great and I'm a coffee snob) in the morning.

Pros:Great value for the money, since they are all studio/hotel rooms, rooms are good for 1-2 people. Beach front and centrally located within walking distance to several restaurants a plus! Current construction makes for a disturbing experience during daily work hours.

Pros:The staff were very nice and helpful. Close to shopping center and restauraunts. Nice grounds with variety of rooms. Pool with bar and live music. Room had refridgerator, coffee maker, microwave, and dishes - enough for basic meals for breakfast etc. the balconies were nice and people were mostly friendly.
Cons:I had a room with adjoining double doors. The doors allowed a lot of noise to pass through. I had extremely rude neighbors who kept the neighbors on all sides awake and security was called by other neighbors multiple times. I didn't get the impression that this was the norm for this hotel. I've stayed here before and not had any other problems. Multiple days of this trouble did however make my trip less than relaxing.
