Cons (-) I stayed for three nights, on the 14th floor. I did not have hot water for any of the days, my ac unit would cut in and out, and the television would stop working around midnight every night due to po...

Pros (+) Staff was extremely friendly and food was great.
Cons (-) Bar staff could use some help pouring more than draft beer and shots. Great thing is you are just a few blocks from Market Square or Old City.
Cons (-) We went to check in and was told that our payment was declined and we had to go to a different hotel.
Cons (-) Free WiFi
Pros (+) Location, price and value make the Hilton Knoxville a good choice.
Cons (-) Why does the hotel only operate 1 elevator even there are consistently lines in the lobby waiting on elevator service?
Cons (-) Our feet hung off the edge of the “king-sized” bed. I’m not sure how this was possible, considering I’m 5’5” and our bed at home (a queen) is perfectly accommodating. Disappointing.
Cons (-) Overbooking policy, which resulted in cancellation of our confirmed reservation.
Pros (+) They had a Starbucks in the building.
Cons (-) The office chair in the room looked like a dog chewed the stuffing out of it, the shower curtain was moldy, the shower wall had stains on it from where it had been moldy and had water damage, the bath...

Cons (-) I wished that there was a sink and mirror outside of the bathroom. It would be helpful when you need to get ready and the other person staying with you can still use the restroom. Parking is expensive...
