Pros:
Easy to pick up and drop offCons:
Even though I requested online to pick up car at 10 am, email confirmation said noon. I had to call and inquire and was told weekend rate didn’t go into effect until noon, so had to pay $36+ more than anticipated.8.8 Very good

Pros:
Friendly staff, knowledgeable and made things convenient. Even though I had a problem. Loved the vehicle Online booking, and no prepay needed, no cancellation fee.Cons:
The false advertising on price...$180 online...but taxes and fees...OMG what am I an idiot to you. $240, when I was done. A 33% increase? And fees for what ,are these just made up?. How come the world population cannot speak clearly of the need for these items and where they derive? As a business if you are imposed upon by governance to set aside funds for some reason, you cannot simply pass that to your customer in a "Fee". This become a PRICE INCREASE. I own a business and do not charge a fee for hazardous wast, fire safety, potential acts of god etc. At that point I was trapped, (nice small print, faded btw) This reeks of a sincere attempt to be dishonest and barely follow the governing language. Try plain English, at a fifth grade understanding next time. Also, if you NEED a credit card and not a cash card, this MUST be displayed CLEARLY prior to any commitment or arrival at the location. I was lucky and was able to transfer funds from an account to my credit card after I arrived for pick up. Had I known I would have done this days in advance. I loved the overall experience but felt like I was being maipulated into a behavior.2.0 Poor

Cons:
Our flight was cancelled at 3 am. I called Alamo to see what could be done and was told that it could be changed but would cost 500.00 more. No discussion. I tried to see if someone else could pick up our car as we could get a flight the next evening or that evening at a different airport-NO. I was told to call the local office and they were not opened There was no negotiation, no sympathy, no expression in voice. I spent a lot of time making my vacation plans and was very sad that they could not be worked out due to non negotiable phone center operators. (I tried twice)9.6 Wonderful

Pros:
Hertz had a very reasonable rental to use around town for a week. Service desk was very informative about the vehicle. The inspection of the vehicle before leaving is key.4.0 Mediocre

Pros:
The service desk lady was nice enough. The price was cheaper than Enterprise.Cons:
I picked up my vehicle late at night. It was dark and it had been a long day for the service desk lady who admitted she hadn't inspected the car yet. She walked me out to the vehicle, there was no vehicle inspection performed. The Jeep Compass came with dents, cracked bumper corners, a broken fog lamp, missing panels from the bottom of doors, and an annoying change oil light. These were previously known as evidenced by the white X's around the damage. Throughout my 11-day trip I felt like the muffler must have had a hole in it because at 50 mph I felt I was driving a motorboat. Too loud!10.0 Wonderful

Place was closed at the hour booked. They had changed their hours and didn't update the website or Google maps. There was just a printed message with the new hours. Luckily was able to rent from a different company.10.0 Wonderful

When your flight comes in after 5pm you have to come back the next day to pick up the car - that is the only negative. The gentleman and lady took excellent care of me!6.0 Okay

Cons:
We reserved a minivan to transport 7 people, 3 of them in car seats, from Lacrosse to Minneapolis for a family wedding. When we went to pick it up they did not have a van. Gave us an explorer with 7 seats but no room for anything else. Had to have two people and most bags get a ride with someone else. Enterprise said we could switch out the vehicle in Minneapolis. I spent and hour on the phone trying to work that out. They would not bring us the vehicle so we had to drive 40 minutes to the airport and wait 45 minutes to get that switch done and then 40 minutes back. One location in La Crosse Airport
