9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and very clean. Excellent staff.
Cons: Free Internet hardly worked at all.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location! I usually stay here for wine festivals. It is a perfect location to get right off the highway to stay and on to another to get to the festival without really going through town. They have a wine festival package deal too! We are repeat guests.
Cons: I really dislike the smell when I enter. It is an air freshener I believe but the smell is overwhelming. It is almost like they are trying to cover up something.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and clean and the free breakfast was great and one of the best I had on this trip ( hotels where we stayed)
Cons: service dogs are allowed which if you have allergies because they cannot refuse them even if no pets allowed but service dogs yes. I didn't like that because I have allergies and I saw this lady with her big hairy dog and claimed it was a service dog.

Pros: Pillows were fluffy and soft
Cons: Breakfast was overpriced
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The option for a jacuzzi in the room is amazing and well worth it! Clean, beautiful facility with a local vibe-does not feel like a hotel chain.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The bartender was very helpful in getting us food after the mix up we had with timing on the restaurant. The pool area was clean and the location is very convenient when traveling along to 10! The front desk staff the day we arrived helped us in finding an HDMI cord although he didn't seem very happy about it.
Cons: We called ahead and cancelled our reservation and made another one for the day following due to some road trip problems. I was told it was all settled and there were no problems with the change. A few days after our stay I was charged for both days. They did not cancel the day I requested and I was charged a no show fee. When I called in they refunded the money but in still waiting for it to hit my account and after a long road trip, this has hurt my account after a long road trip! We called before arriving asking when room service ended. We were told 10pm. Great! We wanted to hit the hot tub before it closed at 10 as we had a long drive (13 hours). Get to the hotel and room service is closed. Luckily the bartender helped us downstairs! The room above us was either playing hop scotch or the floors are very thin. We also reserved this hotel because the site stated a complimentary breakfast! Convenient for a road trip across the country! But everything for breakfast had a charge.

5.4 Okay
Pros: It’s dog friendly, and no weight or breed restrictions. THANK GOODNESS!!! Not all of us have small dogs as family. And for being a dog friendly room, it really wasn’t bad.
Cons: There were leaves and dirt in the corner of the room. That’s has nothing to do with a dog/dog friendly room, just poor cleaning. There were also dirty wash clothes scrunched up in the shower curtain that was off to one side. Just not real pleasant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The shops and court yard area inside the lobby
Cons: the breakfast that was included.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: when we entered our assigned room, there was a smell of cigar. I mentioned this to the staff on duty & Keith, who had helped us find our room, quickly advised the Staff to move us to the next door room. Much appreciated & the food was excellent at the restaurant.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location and an escape from the holiday
Cons: Treatment from owner/manager cut phone lines in the room and management wanting us to move on with a you get what you get attitude. There were missing fixtures over outlets and stained carpet and sheetx
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was a amazing.
Cons: It was amazing definitely coming back.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The only thing I liked was the staff friendliness...but, that's hardly a reason to ever stay in this location again!
Cons: The staff was great! The Hotel smelled horrible, old, musty from the minute I entered, but reservation was non-refundable according to hotel desk staff! The room wasn't very clean...I had to move the sitting chair... and carpet was very dusty underneath. As a disable need, I had to walk down a very long, very smelly corridor to the back of the hotel. The back door closer to my room, I was told was "left locked at all times due to lack of adequate security." Being disabled, as I noted when room was reserved was not user friendly for a disabled person...tub extremely difficult getting in and out despite their handle bars! I will never stay there again nor will I ever recommend a stay at this hotel. Also, the comment listed on a review stated "most comfortable beds" also a lie, hard and uncomfortable! Their pool smelled like an overuse of chlorine! Extremely disappointed!

Pros: Great staff and breakfast
Cons: There were soaked towels left on our bathroom counter from the last people staying in our room
7.0 Good
Pros: It was conveniently located near the interstate and near my destination of where I needed to be.
Cons: Although the description said it was a non smoking hotel, there was smoking. Also, there was a group of 3 adults that were walking around during the evening and morning looking suspicious. I wished the front desk would've approached them.

Pros: Clean
Cons: No
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Was an awesome friendly staff, especially the night gentleman.
Cons: Room carpet was dirty and falling apart at some places and my heater unit didn't work properly.

Pros: Snacks in the evening and free breakfast in the morning. This was probably the nicest Hampton I've stayed in.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and up to date
Cons: The hot tub was not hot
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Well appointed and very clean room, Free internet, a BIG plus, Breakfast bar was excellent and well stocked. Little extra touches in room including towel elephant and a couple of suckers on the night stand were a big hit with my wife.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.
Cons: Did not like that you have to be an honors member to use the wifi.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: The man at the front desk during check in was rude. He didn't smile and told us our banking card was declined and didn't thank us when he resubmitted our card and of course it went through. He must hate his job and he must hate working with the public. Sad! Our room smelted like smoke and the sheets looked like they hadn't been washed and the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned. I took a shower and the handle to the shower head was broken and I was unable to get it to turn to hot temperature, so my shower was cold and I was not happy. We were so tired from traveling that we threw ourselves on top of the bed and covered ourselves with the blanket that was in the closet. The walls are paper thin because we heard the TV blasting from next door and could not fall asleep. So I called the front desk and they said they would inform our neighbors. We tried falling asleep again and the people above us were marching back and forth making loud pounding noises on the floor which keep us awake, so again I called the front desk and they said they would inform our neighbors. Terrible nights sleep! I took a shower and the handle to the shower head was broken and I was unable to get it to turn to hot temperature, so my shower was cold and we were very unhappy. We went down for breakfast and around 6:30 am and found no food in many of the containers. No scrambled eggs, no cut up fruit and no fresh fruit in the baskets and no syrup. I had to ask the employees to please fill up containers with food! It's clear that a lot has gone wrong with leaderships communication to it's staff!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a very nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

Pros: To be honest this hotel was not up to par, I believe a renovation is needed soon. There wasn't anything to like about the hotel and the amenities. It's old!
Cons: This hotel is extremely old and has a bad smell. We were greeted by a security guard that told us the hotel downstairs bathrooms typically are not clean. Who wants to hear that checking into a hotel? I sure don't!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The building design, artwork, Southwest character and staff are very nice. It's a beautiful hotel and it's comfortable.

Cons: We had to skip the first morning to clean our room. The next day my room was a mess I saw the staff and apologized for the mess and gave her a tip. Unfortunately when I returned to my room, the ironing board was left up with a couple of towrls hanging over it? The full length mirror was not cleaned the garbage bag hanging on the towel rack was left. I was just underwhelmed. Other than that everything was and always is wonderful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The back patio/pool area looked like it would be lovely (in warmer weather).

Pros: It was behind Cracker Barrel and far enough off freeway so you didn't hear too much traffic noise.
Cons: I asked for quiet room. He gave me 125, first floor at the end of the hall. No entry from outside, and the sprinklers system storage next door. So thought that would be nice unless there was a fire. BUT, there's some type of compressor or something that would come on about every half hour or so in that sprinkler system room. We were up and out at 4:45 a.m. traveling across country. Just wanted to get some sleep.

6.8 Good
Pros: Very comfortable room, shower was refreshing, bed was firm and relaxing after a full days travel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice location and rooms
Cons: The noise from the heater kicking on and off all night. I eventually turned it off
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and modern. We had dinner and drinks both were good and bartender was friendly. Front desk girl was very sweet.
Cons: Pillows suck!!! Only real complaint need better pillows.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This property is our “go to” while traveling through Las Cruces. Gorgeous interior decor and well-appointed rooms make this a relaxing stop. The food is really good and the pool provides a fun break. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Nothing - great property!
8.0 Excellent
