The seats were comfortable and we all received a flight packet that included a toothbrush, eye shades, ear plugs and a pair of socks for our comfort! Blankets and pillows were in our seats when we arrived."

Alaska had no other flights available from Vancouver that would get me to San Diego and other later flights that day from other airlines were over booked. I stayed the night and flew out the next morning on a direct flight to San Diego. The flight was fine. The flight crew was nice, they offered us drinks and snacks and the air condition worked. The reason I included the AC is sometimes it doesn't work and that's miserable. There's not too much else to add."

When I got to Vancouver, they said they weren't sure why I was bumped, but there were seats left on the plane. However, I had to go to the gate to change my flight because I had a checked bag. Got to the gate, and of course, it was sold out. And they told me they weren't sure if the 7:30 PM flight would be taking off. So I grabbed my bags, made my way via train/bus/hitchhiking across the American border where my dad picked me up. Never got a single reason why I was bumped in the first place."

Cons: "I have never been asked to leave a plane. They made some outrageous claims with no real reason. Saying I smelled like acohol so that was reason enough to remove me from the plane. I was happy smiling and talking with other people in the row about families. I gave no reason for them to remove me from the flight. Not one time during boarding or waiting at the gate was I talked to about behavior or anything that might be reasons for removal off the plane. Crappy customer services I don't think they handled this very well at all."

With more people using these, only a matter of time until a reporter males this an ISSUE. Meanwhile I will make every effort NOT to use ATLANTA HARTSFIELD. This includes my wife, also using a scooter."

Cons: "I showed up 2 hrs before the flight. Was told the flight from Toronto to Minn was delayed 30 minutes and go stand in line to speak to an agent. There were approx 20 in line yet only 2 gate agents at 4:30pm. One of the gate agents kept helping the Premium members and bypassing the standard line. The other agent was in a coma as his average person at counter was 10 min. Finally get to counter and they hand me a boarding pass going via Salt Lake in 30 minutes. But has a 3 hrs layover in SL. I then get to US Custom check for US residents re-entering and the line was a good 30 minute wait. You would think the Delta folks would have accounted for that line. I had to ask everyone in front of them if I could skip in front as the plane was now departing in 10 min. I had to then run on a bum knee and was the last to board. The agent at gate was saying we were calling your name but did they think I could have been stuck in customs? On that short of a window they should have walked me through Customs to make sure I got on a flight they wanted me to take versus my scheduled flight."

Cons: "I can appreciate the stress on everybody's mind but this was the worst time i had flying. Short story, 10am thursday-7pm friday. Less short story, 4 airlines, 3 security screenings and 2 customs stop points.7 delays, 2 cancels and 1 miss. It was a ping pong nightmare and 2 times it was suggested i take a bus...after i spent the money on a plane ticket with no offer of compensation, food vouchers or hotel accommodation. Delta has to convince me to come back to them."

Pros: "Direct flight to JFK using Delta. Was not aware that I was NOT flying on West Jet therefore encountered problems searching for a way to check in online. Ground crew airport check in at the Delta counter and at the Boarding gate was helpful and efficient. However request for Special Assistance in Toronto was poorly handled. We did not accept the conditions offered to us as one wheel chair operator had to push 3 passengers and I had to wait for him to return to me after two people were brought to their gates. My Husband had to wheel me in to my gate."

I'm not sure the tray table was wiped down, or at least not very well. The in-flight tracker was completely incorrect, I was on a 4-hour flight and it read 14 hours and counting throughout."

Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. It's more like what coach used to be before the days of the flying sardine cans."

Very disappointed of Delta - lost 3 hrs at the airport today"

The problem was never fixed and we haven’t flown home yet. We have new flights booked on Delta but only because Delta took pity....West Jet does no refunds or reticketing. If flights are missed you're out on of luck!"

It would have been nice to get at least a full shot."

At the outset two agents weren't even helping guests. This was a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I had to pickup and recheck my bag and ended up waiting outside security for several hours because there was no where to drop the bag after passing immigration from my connecting flight. I suggest AM get another airline's baggage handler to recheck bags for early arriving customers so at least they can wait inside security where amenities abound."

Cons: "I was flying to MEX from LAX and i had to get through customs which took a long time, but got to the Aeromexico ticket counter to get my boarding pass and they told me that they start boarding 45min before departure time and I got tot he counter at with 35 min to departure and they told me that I missed my flight and had to buy another flight which was two hours later. I don't understand why they couldn't let me through or hold for me. It ruin my ground transportation reservation which I had to reschedule. The whole thing was frustrating and cost me more money that what i thought i was saving."

I researched this issue ahead of time and knew the departure tax is now included in the ticket price--it has been that way for a couple years. We had to explain that to the Aeromexico agent. But to her credit, she looked into it and eventually agreed we did not have to pay the extra fee. It cost $65 for an extra bag. Seems steep but whatever, we paid it. The gate changed but no one told the ticket counter. When we arrived at the gate, dozens of other passengers were there but the electronic board stated the flight was at a different gate. Aeromexico staff needed to look into it to discover the gate had been moved. Not impressed with their internal communications. The flight departed about 40 minutes late. Not bad. The food was awful. Could only eat the cookie."

Cons: "Our flight to mexico was fine .. it was our return flight from cancun to tijuana that was a mess .. our flight was over booked so they caught us an early flight to mexico city to try and work something out, we rushed through security made it to the flight then was told we were going to be booked to guatelahara ( spelling ) instead .. had to wait 3 hrs then another 4 hr delay to get to tj. Did not upgrade out flight in fact they separated us on the 2nd flight even though there was 1st class seating available . They did give us a lunch and dinner voucher but it was only enough to share a meal and a drink. We lost out video entertainment which was also a let down."

You can clear immigration, get your luggage, clear customs, transfer terminal, check in your luggage, going through security, and finally get to your gate. All without any clear guidance from the airline or the airport. I will never fly through Mexico City again."

Pros: "I was delayed 24 hours leaving SAP due to mechanical problems. Aero Mexico put me up in a very nice hotel and gave vouchers for taxi and meals. Only problem was meal (breakfast voucher) did not quite cover the continental breakfast and the dinner voucher only allowed for the cost of a hamburger. Other than that, I felt they took very good care of me."

I was very disappointed with the cost that Aeromexico charged for checking second bag. It was unacceptable the amount they took from us. Should reconsider prices"

Cons: "Nobody follows boarding zones appropriately. Most people get into the plane when zone 1 is called, when your zone is up (providing you respect zones) you get to the plane and all luggage bins are taken and you see people already seated in your zone. Aeromexico is bad at enforcing sitting zones. One of the worst ones to do so."

Cons: "We were in business class and almost all the flight a lot pasenger from economy they came to use the washroom and the crew never said something to those passengers"

Cons: "Aeromexico gave us problems shortly after tickets were booked 10 months before travel. Multiple flight changes happened with no notification over a period of 8 months. In calling the company pre-departure, I discovered yet another change had happened and spent nearly 2 hours on hold awaiting clarification. I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. When that didn't happen, I called again. More hold time. The second agent could find no record of the first conversation. Ultimately settled for a bad compromise (no choice really). Online check in was impossible as the flights were operated by Delta and the system wouldn't recognize Aeromexico record locator. We did get to Cancun but Christmas Day return marred by a canceled flight. It took nearly 2 hours to resolve at the airport, with a booking on United. No offer of compensation, nothing but a "thank you for being patient." I will never book travel through Aeromexico again. Ever."

Pros: "Going through customs and immigration was a breeze in Mexico City. The line was long, but moved quickly. I liked having blanket on the flight."
Cons: "You could tell that flight attendants really didn't want to be there. The airport at Mexico City has a light smell of a potty that was noticeable right after deplaning and never went away."

Pros: "Flight scheduled to leave at 2am, i arrived at the airport at 11pm,3 hours early and there was the LONGEST LINE i had ever seen TO CHECK IN! At that moment i said to myself, i should had paid a bit more to fly on a different airline because that 3 hour wait really outweighs saving 50$. If someone would have said, for 50$ you can go to the front of the line, i would have paid it. Really disappointed that aeromexico made elderly people, children, pregnant women and all your customers wait in that long. Really unappreciated"

Cons: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."

Cons: "Because of the almost 3 hour delay, almost all of the passengers on the flight missed their connecting flight. Including myself. I was moved to a flight four hours later Finally, the last leg of my flight was again delayed 55 minutes and I ended up on a very, very crowded flight and getting to my destination at almost 5pm instead of 9am.... missing a whole day of activities. What did I get as compensation from British Airways? A 5 pound coupon for 'light refreshment' for an 8 hour inconvenience. Brilliant :|"

Diverted to Stuttgart, where no BA staff was on the ground to deal with and all services had already closed (~00:30). Basically ~50 customers were dumped at a place they didn’t want to be and no info on his BA wanted to deal with it was given. After 1 week still no info on compensation. And this wants to be a major carrier?"

Cons: "My main gripe is that if you want a plain cup of coffee or a bottle of water, you are charged for it and can pay only with a credit card, but only if that card is chip and pin, and my US card isn't. Yes, it is high time that the US move into the current millennium and get chip and pin cards, but that is beside the point. I also flew BA from London to Seattle (part of same trip) and the on-board meal & drink service was PHENOMENAL - the best I have had on an airline in years, and I did not get charged for anything, including alcoholic beverages. How can this be the same airline?"

Pros: "All BA staff were professional, pleasant and helpful. My seat had more leg room than I was expecting (after a flight Seattle to Heathrow where my knees were jammed against the seat ahead of me."

First, they said maintenance couldn't find a spare tire, and when they did rob a tire from another plane, they said the delay was due to FAA paperwork. These reasons, most likely true, suggest American Airlines (British Airways sub-contracted this flight to its partner, American Airlines) was not prepared to handle such an emergency."
