Nothing, I picked that one because it offered me a rent for $55 and at the place they charged $80 something. I did not agree to pay that and I made the dreservation here and I don’t like when I’m being offered something and is not that.Cons:

The car we had booked was not available to rent and the staff person seemed overwhelmed with the problem. She needs some training on how to communicate with Hertz national on what to do in this situation. I had to call the main 1 800 line myself to get help. It all worked out but was stressfulBudget

Pros:
It took probably less than 5 minutes to pick up the car. I was greeted as soon as I walked up to the counter and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. The car was a Chevy Impala which was nice, I was hoping for something different since I had rented a Premium class, but they only had one Premium on the lot. The car was comfortable and roomy enough and I was very pleased to get 32mpg on my trip.Cons:
The car had not been cleaned out. There was fast food wrappers and bits of food and crumbs on the back seat.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The Kayak site included "California MD". She hadn't noticed and books a fair rate. The problem was that we weren't going there! Neither Kayak, NextCar nor the actual rental car place in Lexington Park would cancel the transaction even though it was a week away.3.2 Poor
