Cons (-) The room was designed with functionality in mind. My only real complaint is that I disliked the harsh fluorescent lighting.

Cons (-) 2 roaches in the bathroom, and the door to my room rattled loudly in its frame every time someone else on my floor opened or closed their door.
Pros (+) The hotel is near The Broad, MOCA, Disney Hall, downtown and Little Tokyo. It's comfortable and reasonably priced. The small size of the rooms makes it feel urban and right for a stay in LA.

Our room was small and the furniture was a bit rinky-dink, but very clean and very inviting despite limited space. Cons (-) The club below was quite noisy and I could feel the vibration from the fourth floor, but it was tolerable for both me and my 16 year old who can pretty much sleep through anything. You may want to avoid this one if you are a light sleeper.

Pros (+) Victor the valet was very friendly and helpful. Other than that the room was tiny and plain but it worked as a place to crash for the night.
Cons (-) Surprised that I had to pay for parking. TV stand was broken but made do. Bed needs to be replaced soon. You can tell it's been used a lot.
