Good Location, Basic Hotel
The location was good with only a 20 minute walk to the LA Convention Center and Staples Center. Food and dining options were prevalent within short drives. The hotel was clean and quiet.
The hotel was very overpriced for the level of accommodations. It was over $400/night during the week for a fairly small room and some dated decor and layout. We could have paid slightly more to stay at the JW Marriott which is more high-end and literally next to the convention center and Staples Center. The comforters on the bed were very uncomfortable from the heat but the room was also cold. My travel companion and I both woke up in sweats and found it difficult to sleep well.
The way the room door was so crowded it was hard to even get the suitcases in the room; the bathroom door seemed to open the wrong way, and overall the room felt very cramped, in need of a design overhaul.
Readonable price, but you will have to pay 22 extra gor parking each night
Parking fee, no continental breakfast
