The Venice Hotels Venice Breeze Suites is located right on the boardwalk in Venice Beach, California. There are 30 air-conditioned, non-smoking guest suites and studios. The hotel is only five miles from the Los Angeles International Airport and eight minutes’ drive from Santa Monica Pier. The beachfront property is also seven minutes from Third Street Promenade.

Cons (-) If you're looking for Venice Beach, the location is perfect. Unfortunately, the place as a whole is a little worse for wear, especially at $220/night. Reception feels more like a $40/night hostel than a hotel, bedding and couch both looked not entirely clean and there was mold and mildew all over the bathroom floor and walls.
Pros (+) Beautiful room, great location, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
Cons (-) Parking was inconvenient.
