Pros (+) Friendly staff, quiet, simple breakfast. Looked to be a safe area and was close to restaurants and Target.
Cons (-) Clean but old and worn rooms. Shower leaked and flooded floor. Molded ceiling from water leak above.

Cons (-) Though I had a room confirmation they were over booked and didnt get the room I paid for. Staff wore sweat pants and tshirts. Parking anything bigger than a smart car is a challenge...

Cons (-) Believe the bad reviews. There was no hot water, the toilet was broken, front desk was very rude about it, horrible experience. Construction noise each morning.
