Book National car rentals in Santiago

Pros: Our reservation was canceled. When we arrived we were told that all their cars were gone, despite the fact that we made a reservation months advance. They were incredibly rude about the entire situation and did not help problem solve at all. Terrible, terrible experience and through off our entire trip as a result.

Cons: Everything was terrible about our experience.

Cons: Agency didn’t have correct car as reserved Slow pick up Car didn’t have full tank of gas then they needled us for fuel costs at drop off

Cons: Front bumper barely hung on, trunk lock could be taken out, and at least 2 tire was a spare.

Bad service, terrible car

Pros: Person at drop off was friendly

Cons: Car was not ready at reserved time. Told to wait 1 hour. It was nearly 2 hours later when a car was available. It was old and poor condition auto. Several days later the battery died and the car could not start. Overall a terrible rental car experience.

Cons: i reserved a car and when i arrived there were no cars left. me and a number of other people in line had to change our plans because they didn’t have the cars we reserved. and not even an apology.

Cons: Made a reservation online, when we went to collect the vehicle there were no cars available.

Cons: la camioneta estaba absolutamente sucia, una luz delantera no funcionaba, el olor adentro de la camioneta erra horrible, me la entregaron casi una hora mas tarde, el embrague no funcionaba bien. definitivamente no voy volver a rentar nunca mas en national un desastre

Cons: Everything sucked. No car available for us. Family of 06 witj 06 bags were left stranded in Santiago, Chile. Car company was National. Come on guys !!! No car available with confirmed reservations?? Really?? On New Years eve??

Long waiting

Pros: The car was exactly what we reserved, staff at the rental very helpful.

Cons: They don’t have the car ready, we must wait for more than one hour to receive the car, tires were old and the car has scratches all over.

Cons: $3500 credit card hold on top of $70/day rate without LDW, no map, poorly marked and hard to find return in airport, car scratched, dented, and paint splotched every side.
