Pros (+) Good location and accommodating, friendly staff. Also complimentary coffee and muffins in the morning is very nice.
Cons (-) The heat does not come on until the outdoor temperature goes below 50!! With waning daylight, there is not much heat that gets to the rooms. So our room was cool, but with the blankets we were ok while sleeping. Interestingly, the lobby and hallways were warm. Lots of street noise on the second floor, so it's not the most restful sleep.
