first time rented with some concernsPros:facility was clean and very close to my house. They have new cars and cars are neat and cleanCons:Their staff was not nice. They forced me to buy their collision insurance ( about $28 per day) They told me that even their office are close and you use their key drop facility, they will charge one day extra. They need some workPros:I loved the price it was perfect for a one day trip.Cons:The car was dirty definitely not cleaned out and It had a sandwich left over from previous rental. And the breaks were bad. They need to have their maintenance done on the cars before renting them. I had to buy air freshers to covee up the awful smell. I was not happy.Reviewed 23 Apr. 2016

They refused to give me a car.Pros:The receptionist was polite.Cons:They refused to give me a car. I am not US citizen, so my credit card is not from US bank. First of all receptionist was trying to refuse because of absent of the insurance. The problem was solved only after I pointed that I already bought insurance in your site. After that we faced with problem of my foreign driver's license. And again I had not got any help from rent-a-car service: the receptionist said that she could do nothing - as before, when we discussed insurance. But I could not solve this problem by myself. So eventually I had not received car from this service. I have to say that I received a car this day from Avis without big problem.Reviewed 29 Mar. 2016
