Classic, airy and bright room located a pleasant 20-30 minute walk from Norwich city centre. The check-in and check-out process was very easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast basket provided in the room was a nice touch and made for an easy start to the day.
Some of the facilities were a little tired. The overhead 'rainfall' shower head would have been a lovely touch in a spacious bathroom, but unfortunately the head was cracked and so instead of a gentle shower of rain it was more like an out-of-control high-pressure jet. The bad was also quite soft, might have been OK for some but was not supportive enough for either of us.
Perectly functional hotel with a fair sized room. Clean and tidy. Onsite carpark that was quite busy. Nothing wrong with it at all. Would recommend to others. Perfectly good breakfast in the room on arrival. Fridge in the room was a nice touch that you don't see that often.
The bed was too hard. It needs a mattress topper.
