Cons (-) The room had stains all over the bed spread. The entire hotel even though non smoking smelled like smoke everywhere. The hotel was in the middle of a warehouse district and there was nothing within walking distance outside of the other hotels.

Cons (-) This was my second state; the two were about a week apart. The first one was good, but there were lots of problems this time. The main one was with the key, which failed repeatedly. Also, I tried to print something in the business center, but it does not have a printer and the one at the desk (which was supposed to be accessed via the business center) also failed.
Pros (+) Night manager who checked me in was very nice and professional

Pros (+) The room was great. Did not get to spend too much time in it though. Morning clerk was great!
Cons (-) Clerk who checked us in was not in good mood and it really showed. She was very short and seemed like we were bothering her. Others were being given complementary water. We were not. We were unsure where to go in parking lot and building. We were not told of the free breakfast and missed it completely.
Pros (+) Staff was helpful and courteous.
