Overall good experience. The car had obviously not been cleaned (crumbs in seat and exterior dirty), but it wasn't terrible. It just needs to at least be wiped down.

Been waiting on my refund for 2 weeks and I still can get a coherent answer from anyone about what is going on. I cancelled the rental and was told I would get a refund but I'm still waiting.

No one was available when I arrived and even though I checked in online and indicated a pickup time the car was not ready. Because the charging station at my hotel was not in service I asked to get an non electric vehicle instead. Instead of paying less I was actually charged more. No one was there when I returned my vehicle so i had to just leave the keys. Even though I dropped it off 5 hours earlier I was still charged extra. Extremely disappointed!!!

The Tesla was fun and interesting and the hotel had a charging station… it would be nice if Hertz put a toll charging station in on site so it was easier to find a place to re charge before dropping off. That would make it much easier for a first time user.

Kayak tricked me into going to airport location to pick up car when all along it was 12-14 miles away. Had to Uber both ways, cost $70. Kayak owes me a refund. Problems at hotel too. Hertz was no help, obstreperous.

Pick up and drop off was easy. The car didn’t come with a full tank, which means that when you return it, you always return it with more gas than you picked it up with. This always feels like a trick by the rental company to pass the cost off gas off to the customer.

The staff was fine. It was very busy and They had no cars I had to wait n line for an hour to get my car then when I got to counter. They gave me an economy car that was super smal. I had paid and rented a premium car. She said it would be another 45 minutes for the car I paid for. I feel like I wasted money and could have rented from another company that was actually cheaper and no wait.

The price at the time of booking and the price we payed when we picked up the car increased of 400%. They forced us to take the mandatory insurance (that was not specified when I booked). Then when we brought the car back, they checked it without us being there, and there was a little scratch that apparently wasn't there before, and they made us pay 400€ for this, although they will probably never paint it as it almost under the car and no one sees it. Terrible service, terrible company, will never go with them again.

The first vehicle I rented had problems with the transmission. I called Enterprise and they had me go to another location where they traded my car out. I was very satisfied with the new vehicle. A couple of hours after getting the new vehicle, I realized that we left the remote control for our garage in the first vehicle. I immediately called the Enterprise where I originally rented the car and explained what happened. They have not found my remote as of today, April 12, 2024. I do not understand why they can't trace the original car and find my remote. Other than trying to find my remote, I was very pleased with the service from Enterprise.

Fairly efficient check out and check in, convenient location.

Cons:

The car smelled of cigarette smoke. I could tell the rental company had cleaned it, but that smell can't be taken out. It was an unpleasant experience.

Pros:

Under the circumstances, the staff was quite accommodating. When I arrived for pick-up, there was not a car available and the staff could not give me a time frame for when I would be getting a car. I mentioned that I had to be in Wichita, KS (from OKC) by 4pm (It was a little after 11AM). When a car became available, it was at the airport location and still needed to be cleaned up and driven to the I-240 location. Instead of making me wait, a staff person drove me over to the airport to the car so I would not have to wait longer than necessary for someone to bring it to me. This was really helpful and I appreciated it.

Cons:

Obviously, a car waiting for me when I arrived at my scheduled pick up time would have been ideal, but it worked out and, again, the staff was handled it well.
