Pros: Staff was excellent. So pleasant and attending to very wish. Wendy, the maid, and the staff at breakfast were charming and helpful. In particular, the desk staff was knowledgeable and with Sergio to see every day.

Pros: The room was OK, everything is new. It´s a small hotel but a good place to stay for the price and location.
Cons: The service is poor, they did not clean my room one day. I went to a supermarket to buy some water, etc because there is nothing in the mini bar and when I asked the guy at front desk where can I find some ice he said it was only a service on till 10pm. And they need more variety of food at breakfast.

Pros: Easy to find, especially when coming from the airport. The place is clean, including the room and bathroom. Only the carpet is a little worn or stained n some areas, but nothing bad. The place seems to be buzzing with activity, at least for a weekend stay - there is always something going on in the lobby, especially with a club there. Parking is enclosed and included in the price (self-parking), which is nice. Just remember to validate your ticket every time you go out!
Cons: My only gripe was the lack of room service, so if you want food in your room you are out of luck. You can order delivery but it better be before 11PM. You can walk to a few places, some inside and some outside, but I guess I expected it. The place would be fine for kids, but the pool area is not that kid friendly. Certainly more like and "adult" boutique hotel, but one that would welcome kids.

Pros: The hotel is very clean and luxurious. It's definitely a place to stop at while in Panama City, I swear you wont regret it! To be honest, the price is totally worth it as the view is more than beautiful, the amenities and the personnel is absolutely awesome. Everybody is so kind and the pool is...unforgetable. Pro tip for Panama if you drive there: don't forget your passeport or you could have issues with the police.

Cons: The total experience was unsatisfactory. The infrastructure is worn out and run down. The elevator system is far too complicated and restricting. The hotel is living on Trump's reputation to make it. The entire hotel smelled of mold and is a hazard to health. The food was far too "clever" and not what we ordered. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Three star at best..

Cons: I wanted a room with a table and chairs. I also do NOT like the smoked glass wall separating bathroom from room. When you turn light on wakes up person in bed. Also, seeing someone go to bathroom is not sexy. Paint the wall...maybe leave top 1/5 of window frosted. Also, put bathroom extractor fans in bathroom. Smell is not sexy either.

Pros: Wow wow wow. From the moment the valet took our car we were greeted by the friendliest bellman Jonny who helped us get an early check in so our 1 year old daughter could nap. They upgraded is to a deluxe suite, gave us vouchers for drinks and even brought a guitar to our room. Unreal service. The food was amazing and the pools and views were spectacular. DO NOT LISTEN TO PEOPLE COMPLAINING. The hotel is 5 stars all the way.
Cons: Nothing. Best hotel stay of our lives. Travelled around the world. We left our 5 star resort in Playa Blanca to stay at the Hard Rock and it was the highlight of our Panama trip.

Cons: Unfortunately when I booked my reservation, my confirmation email did not state that the hotel would request additional money of no less than $200 to place a hold on my credit card. The lady was friendly enough and placed only$100.00 on hold however when I returned back to the hotel, an additional $100.00 was authorized by the hotel without my permission. And unfortunately, when you call the U.S. number/toll free number their only suggestion is to incur international calling fees and call the hotel directly. Also I did not like how the hotel advertises a FREE SHUTTLE to and from the hotel, only to find out that the shuttle is for their corporate guests only. That information was very misleading and was a big factor in why we booked with this hotel. The shuttle cost is $32.00 roundrip per person. Also they ask you for your room number or make you write it on your receipts in just about everywhere you go...I.E. the bar for drinks, one of the hotels restaurants, the night club, and for breakfast in the morning. I suggest you get a statement of your charges during your stay. We were charged tip for drinks to our room and we tip our servers cash!!! Also, the bathroom in our room had a terrible sewage smell!! JUST BEWARE!! I WOULDN'T STAY HERE AGAIN!! It was too misleading for me! They don't tell you all this stuff when you're booking the room.

Pros: The location is good for someone first time in panama. The rooms were clean and confortable bed. There are two open places for you to spend time.

Breakfast didn't start till 7:30 which was not convenient if you had an early appointment.

Pros: The Decapolis in Panama City is a great place to stay. It is in a central location and across the street from a casino and a mall. It is next to the Hard Rock Hotel at almost half the price. Everyone was very friendly and it was easy to find someone that spoke english. The morning breakfast came with the room. It is an excellent buffet with an egg order. If you want IHOP or Lubby's, this is not the meal you are looking for. If you want good coffee, fresh fruit, lox, bagels, yogurt and such, this is the place. A special shoutout to Aileen, who was our server for the stay of a week. She really took care of us! If you need information of where to go or other questions, the concierge on the second floor was great. Both Laureana and Rosana there speak english and they found out everything we were asking for!
Cons: There are four bars across the street that play music until closing. If you have a south facing room (room number ending with odd number, i.e. 5) you will barely hear the music from the bars, but you can hear it. The north side has no view, but is quiet.

Cons: There was an issue with my reservation. After an hour they finally corrected this issue or so I thought. When they sent me to the room i was told I was upgraded. Only to learn that I was actually downgraded. They offer me no compensation but at least the food was equally bad.
