The experience with Dollar PTY was pleasant and without problems. The staff was efficient and helpful. The car was a basic model, but very clean and low kilometers. Overall a good experience for the price.

I was astonished with how much the insurance that they require you to have is. It was just about more than the actual rental. This is something that should be told to us when we rent. Knowing beforehand would be very very helpful

Company is not clear about charges and even didn't want to give a printed receipt after we returned the car. Alleging within 30 min you would get by email. We had to insist because we were leaving the city without knowing final charge. When he finally printed the receipt there was 40 dollar difference from what he told us verbally.
