Pros:Kayak quoted 130 dollars, when I got to hertz the charge was over 500 dollars. I was in Panama as a volunteer translator for a small ngo, I was going to pick up the rental, buyback once the price hike occurred, I told the ngo that they would have to pay for the rental. They agreed. If the difference was fifty/sixty dollars, no problem, but the difference in price was over 400 dollars. Very upset and disappointed in thatReviewed 31 Jan. 2017
