At arrival to car rental location they Didn't respect the price I already paid and wanted to charge me 4 times the price I seen and already paid for online.Reviewed 1 Mar 2024

Very nice people. They take advantage tourists. Even if you went on priceline to get a price deduction for a car rental they don’t agree to it and give a price hike and make you pay are large amount for car insurance. I’m never renting from them ever againReviewed 16 Feb 2024

Pros:NothingCons:They didn’t have any car available at the time I reached the car rental office. They even told me that my only solution was to go to other car rental companies, however same day reservations are usually more expensive. I found another place nearby from the company Mex Rent a Car, however I had to Pay more than double the price of what I reserved on Payless. I will never choose Payless again.Reviewed 11 Apr 2021
