Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful but was still far below my worst expectations.Cons:There needs to be a more clear communication about all incidental and or additional fees. The communication was not there and completely changed my experience from satisfactory to horrendously sub standard.Reviewed 21 Dec. 2020

Pros:You have to call to comunicate to them of your arrival, so you have to keep trying until you get them. Ones yiu get them they come pretty fast, the drop off was fast.Cons:The car had a bunch of scratches all around, had no power, and half through our trip we found put the engine oil was extremely low, that explained all this noices coming through the engine. I spent a lot of time worrying this thing would break on us.Reviewed 30 Mar. 2019

DECEIVING!!!Pros:Almost nothing.Cons:Pretty much everything. I rented a Jeep and they didn’t even own any. Gave me a Renault suv that was low in power and all scratched up. Rental pick up isn’t even near the airport, had to use a taxi to get to location. Then the price I already paid for the rental didn’t include the insurance. Paid over $350 more when I got there otherwise I couldn’t even touch the car. Overall I wouldn’t give any stars tbh. It was a hassle and very deceiving. Don’t use kayak for car rentals period. Will never make the same mistake!!!Reviewed 7 Dec. 2018

MisleadingPros:At least it didn't break down.Cons:Didn't have a system of picking up from airport..no shuttle, had to call repeatedly. Car was twice the price on reservation due to insurance which I could not waive. Car which was reserved was not there. Total different car was there. Only one car available. Hold was absurdly high. Took forever to get the incredibly small car they had. Car was dirty.Reviewed 16 Aug. 2018
