Bad servicePros:The car was in good conditionCons:Such bad service at reception, they told me that I needed to pay for insurance again after buying insurance on Kayak. Make sure what car you get before signingPros:NothingCons:Classification of the cars is terrible. How come car A and car B can be considered as the same class cars as car A’s price is double of car B??? And they tell you that they will give you car A, But in the last minute try to give you car B. I cancelled booking. And I really am doubtful about renting again from Payless!! Those who want to rent must make sure what car they will get youReviewed 18 Jan. 2018
