Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests found the hotel's location convenient, with easy access to shops and public transport. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. Service was also a frequent concern, with reports of unhelpful or absent staff, payment difficulties, and communication problems. Bed comfort and value for money were often criticized, with several guests feeling the accommodations did not match their expectations or the price paid. Overall, while the location is a positive, the hotel struggles with basic hospitality standards.AI-generated from customer reviews
