Cons (-) Customer service was very poor. I exhauster after traveling and got there and there was a sign that was up stating they would be back in five mins. The person came in with keys in hand like she was at her car. No cleaning during the period at all. I was told at check-in they would clean on my third day. I waited for the third day, no one came and then I was told I had to requested it.
