Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Salento. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and warm hospitality, with several guests feeling at home during their stay. Cleanliness was also a positive aspect, with many reviews highlighting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, some guests noted issues with noise from the street, especially in rooms facing busy areas, and a few mentioned discomfort with beds or bedding. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making this a well-recommended choice for visitors.
