Pros - We had an amazing view from the 34th floor. Great service at the counter and quick housekeeping response. Cons - AC was not consistent and difficult to manager. We set it at 67 it was anywhere from 66 to 71. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, overly soft, and lumpy. Pillows were small and we had to ask for extra. Close to Union Square, BART, and Trolley System. Felt very clean and very safe. Appreciated that we had housekeeping every day. (Some hotels are not doing that at the moment because of Covid)

Cons (-) This particular Hilton offers less services for Honors. Hot breakfast cost on top of the continental.. I had a junior suite - a very large empty room with a dormitory style studio bathroom. Be sure to compare to other Hiltons in the area.

Cons (-) This Hilton was completely disgusting and is nothin like any other Hilton. Not only was it old and beat down, it was way over priced. No room service. Rooms were wore out. Not to mantion breakfast was almost 40 bucks a person and didn’t service any real meals. The guy who helped us at the front desk had a suit on yet was a complete drug addict.
