Fantastic location in downtown SF. Rooms were really clean, modern, and new. The windows were basically non-functional in my particular room, but YMMV. For the purposes of having a nice place to sleep each night, this was perfect.

Pros (+) The location is excellent. Near to most of the iconic places in SF.
Cons (-) The room is very small. The bed is not so comfortable, it could have been a better bed.
Pros (+) The location was great for my work trip in San Francisco. The price was great as well! It looks like it's getting an upgrade next year, that I think will be great! The room was clean and it was all I needed for my trip.
Cons (-) My room didn't have shampoo, soap or even a drinking cup for water, and the building didn't have any sort of drinks machine. I think with a little more attention to details like that, this hotel could be really great.

Pros (+) It was basically in union square. The hotel was cleanly and the front desk staff where friendly. Breakfast was minimal but appreciated.
Cons (-) It was excruciatingly small. I don't mind a smaller room but I tripped over the bed, chair, and cords many times! The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 9:00 am each morning! Come on, we wanted to sleep in on our vacation!
