Pros (+) We were able to check in early and check out late, which gave us a lot of flexibility. The staff was very professional and helpful. The location is great. The rooms are smaller than today’s hotels, but typical of older buildings—especially in San Francisco. We’ll absolutely stay there again.
Cons (-) The shower could use a revamp. The floor pan was old and chipped in a lot of places and the shower door (though new) had issues with the track and wouldn’t close completely.
