Pros (+) Location was ideal, amenities were par.
Cons (-) Room was not ready at check-in. When we came back the room we were given was not the same type that we had booked. We did get moved to the correct room in the end.

Pros (+) I always received a warm smile and greeting when I stepped through the door from the security guard (who would open the door too!) and the front desk employees.
