Ritz Carlton is fantastic. There is nothing they could have to make our visit better. Great location. Beautiful property.
Pros (+) Probably my favorite hotel in the city! Staff is professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Pros (+) The rooms were lovely and dinner was fabulous.
Cons (-) Breakfast was mediocre and the staff (mainly the concierge) was nit very helpful. Also parking is $75. That’s crazy.
Cons (-) In a large double room, the sitting area had one very uncomfortable cheap chair. Fortunately, my wife did not mind sitting on the floor

Cons (-) Not much. The spa was priced really high so we ended up making other accommodations.
Cons (-) They need to add a salon that has someone there to do hair blow outs for customers staying at the Ritz.
